
On 28 May 1993, Line 1 of the Shanghai Metro carried its first load of passengers from Xujiahui to Jinjiang Park. Yesterday saw our city's beloved rail network celebrate its 24th birthday and in honour of the milestone, its official WeChat account published a post showing a few blasts from the past.
