One of Shanghai’s biggest downtown flower markets, Caojiadu has row after row of stalls selling cut flowers and potted plants in all varieties, shapes and sizes at very reasonable prices. As it's a wholesale market, a general rule of thumb for getting the best bargains is to buy in bulk - lucky mum.

Prices start from 96RMB for 11 gerberas, or you can treat your mum to the special Mother's Day bouquet with 11 blush pink roses and two lilies for 175RMB.
