Plus on Saturday, it's time to say 'zaijian' to Cotton Club, which is being forced to vacate its long time spot on the corner of Fuxing and Huaihai Lus.

Tarra Conner Jones

Retro cocktail lounge and live music bar Heyday introduces a new singer to their roster: Tarra Conner Jones. The Florida native has drawn comparisons to the likes of Dinah Washington, Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan and is already knocking audiences off their feet here in Shanghai with her varied repertoire of jazz and soul classics.

Cottons Club Closing Party

Long-running jazz den Cotton Club is being forced to relocate from its cosy spot on the corner of Fuxing and Huaihai Lus, which means that this Saturday will be the final show in the old location.
