Stanford Residences Xu Hui has been in operation, offering extensive choices of high-end serviced apartments in Shanghai 

Shanghai, June 9, 2017 - K.Wah International Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as KWIH, HKSE: 0173), a leading real estate enterprise in Hong Kong, announced the formal operation of Stanford Residences Xu Hui, the second serviced apartments under its high-end serviced apartment brand, Stanford Residences, a few days ago. This project will further enrich the high-end serviced apartment market in Shanghai and offer more choices to the foreign and domestic elite families. Its formal operation also marks KWIH's steady development of the diversified product lines and active exploration in the high-end serviced apartment market.

On the theme of "Encounter Your French Elegance," the housewarming party of the Stanford Residences Xu Hui was held at The Palace, a boutique residential property on West Jianguo Road. Establishing the high-end serviced apartments brand - Stanford Residences - in 2013, KWIH launched its first flagship project - Stanford Residences Jing An in March 2015 with a high-level rental and excellent occupancy rate that boosted it to be the leader in the high-end serviced apartments market of Shanghai.
