Goosei Island BooshKaBaash Festival
The free weekend festival returns to the stage outside Shanghai Centre, this year featuring party band Studio 188, young singer Asha Luevano and locally-based rawk act Limousine. There'll also be a host of craft stands, food from Taco Bell and beer from Goose Island, the main sponsor this year.

Summer Sonic Shanghai
The Kooks, The Fratellis, Travis and Sum 41 join major Japanese music festival Summer Sonic's Shanghai spin-off out by Disneyland. Taiwanese pop stars and Rap of China hosts Zhang Zhenyue and MC Hotdog are also on the bill.
