[Ad] Free Pilates Classes at Stanford Residences

Stanford Residences Xu Hui has been in operation, offering extensive choices of high-end serviced apartments in Shanghai 

The long summer is fast approaching, and it’s a good time for bodybuilding. Stanford Residences is holding its second Pilates Day.

On that day, Pilates instructors credited with international Profession Certification from Body Concept (the most famous health club in Shanghai) will be invited. 

Those who attend will also be provided with refreshments, and a bag full of goodies - plus, of course, a sense of well-being and complete relaxation. Free to attend one of the following sessions.
