
Located on Shanghai's historic riverfront Bund and headed by chef Diego Guerrero, SABOR captures the essence of a new concept of creative cuisine.
As the name suggests ‘flavour’ in Spanish, it is meant to excite your mind by the creation of an extraordinary experience pleasing all the senses at once.

Diego Guerrero is popular for his combination of different influences such as Mexican, Spanish, Peruvian and Japanese emphasizing on the ‘Gyotaku’ signature: a form of traditional Japanese method of printing fish, which has become an art form of its own.
In order to retain the natural aroma, SABOR only use the freshest ingredients available in the market. All menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability. Unexpected twists on textures, tastes, and presentations in the most enjoyable way.
