In news that perhaps won't surprise you, a lot of us are pretty much addicted to our phones. With most people's lives revolving around the use of WeChat, and online streaming services allowing subscribers to watch entire films and TV shows on the go, we really have hit peak age of the smartphone. And it shows.

According to Business Insider, users in China are spending in excess of three hours per day online via a mobile device, placing second in the table behind the people of Brazil who are glued to their devices for the best part of five hours per day – so much for the stereotypical image of people kicking a football around Copacabana beach... And China was closely followed by people in the US who on average clock in just over two-and-a-half hours per day.
Not noticed this excessive phone use before? Then you're probably one of the offenders. Try looking up from your phone, or leaving it in your pocket – or at least keep it at eye-level as looking down at it can put up to 22kg of pressure on your neck. So just keep that in mind...
