Israeli SOL Dance Company’s most popular work debuts in China. Produced by the rising star of international modern choreography Eyal Dadon. It premiered at Tel Aviv International Dance Festival in December 2016 and claimed fame immediately.

SOL Dance Company was founded in in 2016. Its founder, Artistic Director & Choreographer Eyal Dadon, used to work at Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, which is as famous as Batsheva Dance Company.
Modern dance “Sale” is the first production of SOL and it premiered in December 2016 at Tel Aviv International Dance Festival. It combines various styles and Eyal Dadon’s signature body rhythm for his hilarious dance moves, impressing professionals and audiences from across the globe.

Modern dance “Sale” makes fun of all kinds of challenges: challenges in life, in society, challenges of game and rules, challenges of funds, challenges from our own actions and their consequences. It's a modern dance with black humor combining “heat and cold, body and soul, games and rules, sale and consumption.”
On the stage of “Sale” people can find serious looks, hilarious moves, rigid costumes and a toaster, a microwave oven and popcorn amongst other surprising props. The work tries to explain consumerism in our lives with a humorous approach and raises the question: Can humanity be sold and traded like common commodities?
Founder, Artistic Director & Choreographer Eyal Dadon
Eyal Dadon was born in Beersheva, Israel in 1989. At the age of 17, Dadon began his professional classical and modern dance studies. Dadon choreographs his own work around the world and in Israel. He is leading his own dance workshops for dance universities and companies. Dadon joined Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in 2011 and got a recognition award for his dance performance as the dancer of the year in 2014 (YairShapira Prize).
In 2016, Dadon got invited to be the Artistic Director of the Theater "House Of Dance" Beer Sheva. There he established his own dance company, SOL. Dadon continues to work as a Rehearsal Director and House Choreographer for the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company.
