Introduction/Aim
We hereby invite you to the 2nd edition of Sabor Fusion Shanghai Congress, which will be held in Shanghai International Convention Center, Shanghai from 12th-13th September, 2017.
The aim of the Congress is to be a catalyst for gastronomic innovation in China through the chef interaction, creating a bridge between "Oriental" and "Western" culinary experts. Becoming Shanghai the capital of gastronomy during two days.

With 14.000 visitors estimated, 3.950 sqm, 80 booths, professional chefs, HORECA professionals, hotels managers and food and beverage professionals come to the congress to learn and enjoy the amazing world of International gastronomy innovation.

During the Congress, visitors can enjoy a food festival where 8 of the best chefs in Shanghai will showcase their most popular restaurants dishes, cocktail / other spirits.
Tickets are available for all public and they can be purchased separated from the congress tickets at the Price of 200 rmb per 4 food/drink tickets.
