2021 IF Design Award刚刚公布了获奖名单，PTA上海柏涛的阳光城·檀境荣获九大类别中建筑类-Mixed Use（混合用途建筑）的Category Winner（类别大奖）。今年大奖组委会收到来自全球各地共9大类别将近10000个申报项目，其中建筑类获得荣誉的作品有42项。
Fusion · Fuzhou / Commercial and Experiential Space
The architects intended to explore new values to the city and culture from the perspective of architectural design. The planning retains two ancient banyan trees which have stood on the site since the Ming and Qing dynasties, and creates a series of spaces and inner streets around them to continue the memory of the original place. Through the introduction of businesses, situational inner streets, open spaces and urban green area, the project has a connection with Min River and Guangming Port, providing residents and the city with a more engaging and open urban interface.

2021-2022 The Asia International Property Awards国际房地产大奖（亚太区）稍早之前也公布了首轮的获奖名单，PTA上海柏涛五项作品分获Public Service Architecture（公共建筑）、Residential High Rise （住宅建筑-高层）以及Architecture Multiple Residence （多单元住宅建筑）三个类别的地区优胜奖（Winner）。
