Jia Xiaoshi arrived at the park
through the renewed urban interface,
changing it into the center of the vitality
and creating a different life experience.

宇宙星林「街区空间」
让居民在家门口就能体验
高浓度、高品质的社区生活。
未来，这里将作为大区的一部分，
永久保留街区广场，
回应居民的日常生活需求，
丰富居民的社交生活。
Residents can enjoy a high-quality
and multi-functional community life in this place.
In the feature, it would be remained as a block plaza,
Responding to the daily remands of every resident and
enriching the social life of dwellers.

星光虫洞「城市艺术广场」
浮于水面的宇宙星球装置，
远观犹如黑洞神秘飞船的降落。
倒影在水中，
恍若两个平行时空的世界
步入建筑体块中是另一场探索之旅的开始。
A cosmic planetary installation floating on the water
looks like a mysterious spaceship
landing in the distance.
The reflection on the water seems to be
two different worlds
paralleling in the same time and space.
It is going to be a new adventure
once you enter into the building.

时空之站「展示区入口广场」
NO.4｜穿越
粒子空间「粉黛浪漫花海」
习习微风拂过，那是风吹花浪的震撼画面，
花海中闪现的佳小狮，
吸引更多的人群来此嬉戏、娱乐、社交，
让社区富有生活的温度。
The breeze is blowing, that is a stunning shot.
Jia Xiaoshi reappeared in the sea of flower,
Attracting more passers-by to stop to play,
enjoy and socialize,
The community accordingly
possessed the temperature of life.

星河宇宙「主题 IP 体验区」
伴随小小少年成长的磁场引力世界，
与佳小狮在其中藏匿、攀爬、追逐，
在想象的太空舱中自由的玩耍。
With the company of this little boy
living in the world of magnetic field gravitation,
you can hide, climb and chase freely
with each other in this imaginary space capsule.

项目设计思考 | Design Thinking
前言
在城市快速发展的过程中，城市变得越来越拥挤。从时间维度上讲，人们物质层面不断提升、生活方式日渐丰富，人们更想拓展更多社区之外的活动场地，并积极参与进去。如何实现将缺失的情感、交际、活力与自然找回是当下城市景观规划设计的新痛点。
The city is becoming more and more crowded since its rapid development. From the point of view of timeline, people are having a better life and they are craving for more activity areas to use and participate. How to recover the missing emotion, communication, vitality and nature is the new problem we need to focus on in the current landscape field.
解题
为了解决以上普遍状态，我们在惠州佳兆业项目上进行了一系列积极的尝试。我们把这种尝试称为景观都市社区主义。用前卫的设计理念，将活力街区、城市艺术广场、亲子互动公园、社区会客厅、等公园生活配套汇集在一个景观区域。以城市思维重新定义社区界面，从生活和情感出发，营造社区界面和家门口的生活。
In order to solve the general situation mentioned above, we have carried out a series of positive attempts on KAISA project. We call this Landscape Urbanism. Namely, integrate active street blocks, art squares, parent-child interactive parks, community living rooms and other supporting facilities with the landscape area by using the avant-garde design concept. In other words, it is to redefine the community interface and create a happy life.
佳兆业惠州城市广场地处粤港澳大湾区东岸，属未来珠三角科技创新的新高地，亦是仲恺核心发展区域。周边是佳兆业社区住宅以及配套商街。北侧紧临仲恺大道，交通便利。我们恰好将这种理念注入本场地。
Kaisa Huizhou Urban Plaza is located on the east coast of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is a new highland for technological innovation in the Pearl River Delta in the future and is also the core development area of Zhongkai. The surrounding area is the Kaisa housing along with supporting commercial streets. In addition, it is close to Zhongkai Avenue on the north side with convenient transportation. We happen to inject this concept into this venue.

方案构思过程以时空的转换为媒介，
以宇宙中流动的线性元素对时空的塑造为手法，
让时间与空间在场地中发酵演变表达生活。
The design conception process
uses the transformation of time
and space as the medium,
Using the linear elements flowing in
the universe to shape time
and space as a technique,
Let time and space ferment and
evolve in the site to express life.
灵感在笔尖游走，
思绪在纸上摩擦，
一张张感性与理性交流的草图，
随着方案应运而生，
继而落地呈现。
Inspiration wanders around the tip of the pen,
Thoughts rubbing on the paper,
Sketches of emotional and rational communication,
came to launch
As the plan came into being.
方案施工过程 | Scheme construction process
重剑无锋，大巧不工。
前期结合场地实际做设计，
后期考虑最终落地效果。
“交底与反交底”、“选样封样”、“样板引路”、“号苗”、“施工样板”等步骤必须尽量到位。

The preliminary design took into consideration
the actual site situations to ensure
the final landing of the project.
‘Exposing and anti-exposing’, ‘selecting and sealing samples’, ‘model guide’, ‘number of seedlings’, ‘construction model’ and other steps must be in place as far as possible.
项目过程中出现的缺陷、问题，及时审视，
并提出崭新的解决办法。
每个环节的细节都需精益求精,
脚踏实地将基本面做得深入透彻。
We check the defects and problems in the process of
the project in time
and then propose brand-new solutions.
The details of each step need refining,
and we try to be down-to-earth
and thoroughly implement the fundamentals.

结语 | Epilogue
“引力探索计划”，
让记忆回归场地，让生活回归社区，
打造城市之内，围墙之外的星球森林生活圈。
计划的核心是居民，围绕居民的生活展开，
共融、多元活动，乐于其中的场所
才是理想的、我们期待的场所。
浮游星林，
赋予居民、城市、社区共存的引力磁场。
‘Gravity Exploration Project’,
is to let memory return to the site
and let lifereturn to the community.
We aim to create a planetary forest lifecircle
inside the city and beyond the walls.
The core of the design is to
revolvearound the lives of the residents.
Such an inclusive place with diverseactivities is exactly
the ideal place we are looking forward to.
The Floating Star Forest gives residents,cities,
and communities a gravitational magnetic field
for coexistence.
