As Pastor said December 31 at our Crossover event we have launched a new Bible Reading Plan based on the New Testament for 2019. Keep the following tips in mind as you read your Bible:
1. Underline/Highlight key words or phrases
2. Put it in your own words
3. Ask and answer questions
4. Capture the big idea
5. Personalize the meaning
Feel free to discuss the scriptures in your community groups during the week as you dig deeper. Also as part of our Bible reading, we will be having Weekly quizzes on Monday. Here are the rules:
Quizzes will be given every Monday at midnight. Quizzes will close Tuesday at midnight. There will be 5 basic questions, one reflection question, and one application question. Community groups will get one point for every person who participates. Community groups will get one point if one of their members is the first one to get a perfect score on the quiz.
The community group who has the most perfect scores will also get a point. Prizes will be given every 3 months.
