They entered the house and saw the child with his mother, Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasure chests and gave him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
Matthew 2:11 NLT
Christmas is a time of giving and receiving gifts. When the wise men came into the house where Jesus was living, they worshipped Him. He was still a young child, but they recognized Him as the king of the Jews. They presented gifts to Him and were exceedingly joyful that they found Him.
Come this Sunday and let us learn how to receive the ultimate gift of Christmas that our Lord and Savior Jesus gives.
