PRAYER FOR MANIFESTATION OF SPIRITUAL GIFTS IN YOUR LIFE
1 Corinthians 12:7–11 (NIV)
7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues and to still another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.
1 Peter 4:10–11 (NIV)
10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
Romans 12:3–8 (NIV)
3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. 4 For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, 5 so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. 6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
· Spend significant time in worship and listen to hear from God. Write down any prayer requests that the Holy Spirit gives you and pray them in addition to the following prayer requests below.
· Pray that there will be a full manifestation of every spiritual gift you have and that they will be used to serve other believers. Pray that every dormant gift in you will be activated.
· Pray that you will grow in your effectiveness in the usage of the Spiritual gifts that God has given you.
· Pray that you will be a faithful steward of the spiritual gifts and that you will always use it to bring glory to God as you reveal the heart of our loving Father to people.
· Pray that you will remain humble regardless how powerfully God uses you to manifest the move of His Spirit.
· Pray that you will recognize the grace and gift of God on people and glorify God for what He is doing in their lives.
· Pray that you use your gift excellently to the level of grace God has given you as you bless people.
