PRAYER OF SALVATION FOR UNSAVED LOVED ONES AND FRIENDS
Titus 3:5–7 (NIV)
5 he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
Acts 16:30–33 (NIV)
30 He then brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 31 They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.” 32 Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all the others in his house. 33 At that hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds; then immediately he and all his household were baptized.
John 14:6 (NIV)
6Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
· Spend significant time in worship and listen to hear from God. Write down any prayer requests that the Holy Spirit gives you and pray them in addition to the following prayer requests below.
· Pray that your unsaved family members and friends will encounter the saving grace of God. Pray that God will open their eyes to see their true state and run to Him.
· Pray that God will have mercy on them and that the Holy Spirit will convict them of sin and show them the love of God.
· Pray that the religious ones will understand that they are not saved by what they do but by the finished work of Jesus at the cross.
· Pray for the secular family members and friends who are seeking God through other channels to understand that only Jesus saves and come to Him for eternal life.
· Pray that all your family members will be saved and continue to grow in their walk with God.
· Pray that your family members and friends will believe and become co-heirs with you in the grace of God.
