赵宏，1990年矿业大学（北京）煤田地质与勘探专业 硕士。澳大利亚矿业及冶金学会院士（FAusIMM），中国矿业权评估师协会矿产资源储量专业委员会资深会员，中国亚洲经济发展协会矿业专业委员会特聘专家，中国矿业权评估师，中国矿业联合会个人会员，国际石油工程师协会中国北方分会（SPE NCI）会员；曾任隆格国际矿业咨询（北京）有限公司技术主任，北京斯诺柯资源技术有限公司高级地质师。
