煤矿安全生产形势不容乐观 晋能控股集团被约谈

晋能控股集团有限公司是以山西省国资运营公司持有的同煤集团、晋煤集团、晋能集团三户煤炭企业股权作价出资，采取联合重组方式成立的综合能源大集团，同步整合潞安集团、华阳新材料科技集团煤炭、电力、煤机装备制造产业相关资产，同时将中国（太原）煤炭交易中心转制改企后，与中国太原煤炭交易中心有限公司一起注入晋能控股集团。

Jinneng Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive energy conglomerate formed through a joint restructuring approach, with the equity stakes of three coal enterprises—Tongmei Group, Jincheng Group, and Jinneng Group—held by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanxi Province as the investment contribution. At the same time, it integrates relevant assets from Lu’an Group and Huayang New Materials Technology Group in coal, electricity, and coal machinery manufacturing industries. Additionally, after the transformation of the China (Taiyuan) Coal Trading Center into a corporate entity, it was injected into Jinneng Holding Group along with China Taiyuan Coal Trading Center Co., Ltd.

晋能控股集团注册资本500亿元人民币，资产总额达1.11万亿元人民币，煤炭产能约4亿吨，电力装机容量3814.71万千瓦，煤机装备制造资产规模368.65亿元。自2020年9月29日整合重组成立以来，晋能控股集团将全方位推动高质量发展这一主线贯穿工作中，2021年企业排名跃居世界500强第138位。
