总部人员压减率60％，内蒙古地矿、煤田、有色三大集团完成合并！

According to a report from the website of the Inner Mongolia State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, in accordance with the spirit of the reorganization plan for regional geological survey units issued by the People’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the relevant requirements of the Autonomous Region’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission regarding the “Six Determinations” plan, the Inner Mongolia Geological and Mineral Group is vigorously promoting various aspects of the reform and reorganization work. Currently, the consolidation and reorganization of the original three geological survey group headquarters has been fully completed, and as of August 1, all personnel at the headquarters have been assigned to their positions, with various tasks being steadily and orderly advanced.

During the integration process, the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Geological and Mineral Group attached great importance to the matter, holding multiple special meetings to solicit opinions and suggestions from various parties. They researched and formulated a plan for advancing the integration and fairly completed the recruitment competition for all employees. After the integration and restructuring, the number of departments at the group headquarters was reduced from 38 to 20, a reduction rate of 47.3%. The number of headquarters personnel decreased from 303 to 122, with a reduction rate of 60%. Among these, the number of middle-level and above cadres was reduced from 115 to 49, a reduction rate of 57%. The number of employees below the middle level decreased from 188 to 61, with a reduction rate of 67.6%. Through the integration and restructuring, the group achieved a leaner and more efficient organization, laying a foundation for the development of various work initiatives within the group.
