应湖北地区各医院的医疗需求，“真实行动联盟—常爱通道”已连夜将第一批支援物资送抵疫情严重的武汉及荆州两地。
这批急需物资包括百瑞医用压缩雾化机200台，简易喷雾器20000套。其中，140台压缩雾化机和14000套简易喷雾器已运抵武汉，由武汉红十字会接收，并向武汉红十字会转运系统登记此前经调研和沟通过的需求医院；武汉红十字会已完成入库，并将按照指定医院进行输送，截止今天已紧急完成部分重点转运。

另外60台压缩雾化机和6000套简易喷雾器已运抵荆州，经红十字会和疾控中心确认，直接向荆州胸科医院交付完成。荆州胸科医院院方表示，该雾化装置是医院急需医疗用品，并会根据疫情发展情况在荆州市各医院间进行调配。
经过“真实行动联盟—常爱通道”观察员全程监督：如红十字会等相关接收部门遵守有关规定，所捐赠物资均按既定流程规则进行处理；运送全程顺利，交通通行对救援物资给予了优先处置；同时，根据火神山医院仓库实际承载情况，按正式合规流程进行现场调整，并全程记录入库。
众所周知，目前新冠肺炎尚无疫苗和特效药，目前的医疗手段较重要的就是对症治疗。呼雾化吸入治疗是在治疗呼吸系统疾病过程中，常用的，有效的辅助治疗手段，在目前冠状病毒感染型肺炎没有切实的药物可以治疗的情况下，临床上的一些辅助治疗方法也被积极采用，如通过雾化吸入化痰药，帮助病人排痰，改善病人憋气、喘息等临床症状，都有一定的作用。作为“对呼吸系统的常用的辅助治疗手段” 用“吸入治疗解决呼吸道问题用语改善病人临床症状” 与新冠肺炎争夺治疗时间，减少病人临床合并症的发生几率，都有一定的作用，因此雾化吸入装置属于现阶段治疗新型肺炎过程中需求量较大的专有医疗物资之一。
前日，德国巴伐利亚卫生部宣布：德国确诊的四例新型冠状病毒患者，在确诊后经过一天的治疗，已经无明显临床症状。据德国媒体报道，这四例确诊患者正是在通过雾化治疗，即“直接将杀病毒药物溶液雾化，通过口鼻吸入呼吸道到达肺部“后，依靠自身的抵抗力，一天内病情就很大好转。因此，有医疗研究人员认为，雾化疗法在临床上对新型冠状病毒引起的肺炎可能具备显著作用。

据悉，如阿斯利康(AstraZeneca)等机构正计划向武汉火神山医院等地捐助一批如普米克令舒（吸入用布地奈德混悬液）等药物；临床研究表示，吸入用布地奈德混悬液应经合适的雾化器给药。该机构有关人士还谈到，针对疫情，武汉当地医院目前在救治时用来改善患者肺部基础疾病，并部分替代全身激素，以减少全身激素的不良反应。因此，阿斯利康正沟通并推动雾化器机构共同加大支援力度。“真实行动联盟—常爱通道”也希望更多医疗机构关注未来实施的治疗效果。

Chinese returnees should pay: German corona patients are symptom-free

The return should take place “as soon as possible”. “But we also have to prepare it thoroughly,” added Spahn. At noon, the “Bild” newspaper reported that the Chinese authorities had given permission to land. The Bundeswehr wants to start heading towards China on Friday.
The returnees should probably be quarantined for two weeks because of the potential risk of infection. According to Spahn, a central accommodation for those who have returned is planned near Frankfurt Airport, because there is sufficient capacity there.
According to the “Bild” newspaper, those affected already received an email from the Federal Foreign Office on Wednesday with information on the conditions of the return journey. It states that those affected must bear part of the cost themselves - “in the amount of a normal economy flight ticket”. Accordingly, seven kilograms of hand luggage and a suitcase are permitted.
However, only people who are “healthy at the time of departure” may leave the country. This is to be ensured by a health check by the Chinese authorities at the airport. According to the “Bild” newspaper, people are looked after by a German doctor during the flight. Germans and their spouses and children are allowed on board.

Meanwhile, the second charter plane with 210 compatriots from Wuhan has already returned in Japan. The day before, 206 Japanese had been brought home.
