Location

1. Responsible for the management of daily work of the laboratory, land laboratory standardization management, to ensure the effective operation of the laboratory.

2. Responsible for the planning, execution and management of laboratory projects to ensure the successful completion of the project according to plan.

3. Responsible for the management of the laboratory technical team, personnel planning and construction, training and evaluation, supervision and authorization, the formulation and implementation of technical staff training programs.

4. Responsible for the construction of laboratory testing, quality control, and safety management, complete the laboratory related qualification certification, develop and implement safety management specifications to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the laboratory.

5. Responsible for the management and control of laboratory instrumentation and environmental conditions to meet experimental requirements.

6. Responsible for communication with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

7. Explore new technologies or methods to optimize the existing experimental processes.

8. Collect and provide feedback on issues in the use of laboratory systems to achieve system upgrading and optimization.

9. Responsible for laboratory material management, including reagents, consumables use and procurement.

1. Master's degree or above, with relevant backgrounds in biotechnology, molecular biology, and genetics.

2. 3-5 years’ experience in laboratory management, familiar with the principles of high-throughput sequencing technology and related instrumentation.

3. Knowledge of UK laboratory laws and regulations, and ability to communicate with relevant departments and work smoothly.

4. Familiar with China and UK quality systems, including but not limited to ISO9001, ISO17025, CNAS.

5. Good team management, coordination skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

6. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

7. Fluent both in English and Mandarin.  

Location

1. Carry out experimental technical work such as extraction and testing, library construction, quality inspection and other experimental technical work in accordance with experimental standards and operating procedures, and independently undertake production tasks of single process or multiple processes.

2. Fill in the original records of the experiment in a timely and conscientious manner according to the regulations, and be responsible for the quality of their own experimental work.

3. Discover, solve and summarize the problems and experiences in the production process in a timely manner during the experimental operation, and give feedback and report in a timely manner; and to put forward suggestions for improvement of the experiments.

4. Responsible for the use, maintenance and maintenance of instruments and equipment in the group, ensure their normal operation, and make records.

5. Responsible for paying attention to the use of reagent consumables and replenishing them in a timely manner.

Location

1. Understanding the market dynamics of the biotechnology industry, collecting overseas market information, and analyzing market trends and competition.

2. According to the annual budget, formulating plans for various marketing activities such as overseas exhibitions and academic conferences, and carrying out docking, planning and implementation according to the planned time nodes.

3. Responsible for the operation and optimization of online digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media and search engines, to increase views, promote the brand, and drive traffic to products.

4. Producing product promotion materials and sales support materials, including product introductions, brochures, PPT, videos, etc.

5. Regularly collecting competitor information, understanding the dynamics of competitors, and collating, analyzing, and forming reports.

6. Collecting market feedback, and putting forward suggestions and planing for product positioning and pricing in a timely manner. 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biology, medicinal chemistry, marketing, journalism and communication is preferred.

2. More than one year of overseas exhibition and overseas marketing experience in the biomedical industry, familiar with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other overseas social media platforms, with strong marketing planning ability, copywriting ability and marketing organization and implementation ability.

3. English CET-4 or above, able to use English as the working language, be able to translate and read relevant English materials, and be able to write relevant English copywriting.

4. Have strong theme creativity and outstanding aesthetic ability, and be able to operate picture editing software such as PHOTOSHOP, AI, etc.

5. Strong ability to work under pressure, can adapt to domestic and foreign business trips for marketing and market research.

Location

1.Managing orders: Responsible for managing the order processing workflow to ensure that orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time to meet customer needs.

2.Communicating with customers: Communicating with customers actively and promptly, including email, phone, and online chat, to answer customer questions, address complaints, and establish good customer relationships.

3.Coordinating logistics and shipping: Coordinating with logistics and shipping teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time and resolving any issues that may arise.

4.Handling returns and refunds: Processing customer returns and refund requests and ensuring that they are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.

5.Managing customer files: Responsible for managing customer files and information, including customer contact information, order records, and customer feedback.

6.Analyzing customer data: Analyzing customer data, such as order volume, sales revenue, customer satisfaction, etc., to understand customer needs and market trends and develop corresponding strategies for the company.

7.Improving customer service levels: Continuously improving customer service levels, including developing and implementing training plans, evaluating customer service standards and processes, etc.

1.Master's or PhD degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, or a related field, in order to understand and explain complex scientific concepts.

2.At least 5 years of experience in customer service or customer relationship management within the biotechnology, molecular breeding, or genomics industry.

3.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and guide a customer service team to provide excellent customer service.

4.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle and resolve customer issues and complaints.

5.Proficiency in English and at least one other language (such as Spanish, French, German, Chinese, etc.) to effectively communicate with customers worldwide.
