1. Responsible for the management of daily work of the laboratory, land laboratory standardization management, to ensure the effective operation of the laboratory.
2. Responsible for the planning, execution and management of laboratory projects to ensure the successful completion of the project according to plan.
3. Responsible for the management of the laboratory technical team, personnel planning and construction, training and evaluation, supervision and authorization, the formulation and implementation of technical staff training programs.
4. Responsible for the construction of laboratory testing, quality control, and safety management, complete the laboratory related qualification certification, develop and implement safety management specifications to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the laboratory.
5. Responsible for the management and control of laboratory instrumentation and environmental conditions to meet experimental requirements.
6. Responsible for communication with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
7. Explore new technologies or methods to optimize the existing experimental processes.
8. Collect and provide feedback on issues in the use of laboratory systems to achieve system upgrading and optimization.
9. Responsible for laboratory material management, including reagents, consumables use and procurement.
