On July 25,2021, JK Pain Clinic and IFFC successfully held a special activity about sport injury in football entitled <Crucial points from suffering an injury to recovery>.



 IFFC carries the love  of football and friendship

The IFFC 11-a-side football league was created in 1994 by a football crazy German student called Robert Gonnella. It stands for International Friendly Football Club. When Robert arrived to Beijing in 1994, there were no amateur football leagues to play in. So he started his own with 10 teams consisting of universities and foreign expats living in China. Year by year the league continued to grow and more teams were joining every season. The IFFC even became a member of the BFA and played in some of the CFA football matches with an all stars team that finished 2nd in the 1997 Beijing Football League. The IFFC has now been running for 27 years. It is more than just a league. It is a place that has helped thousand of players from hundreds of different countries and backgrounds come together to play the sport they love. Many friendships, relationships and beautiful memories have been created over the years that will last a lifetime.
 
JK physio workshop is Sports Healthy Home

We set up JK physio workshop providing sports medicine support for every sports-loving group and individuals, popularizing sport healthknowledge to keep every sports lover from sports injury.we want to create a sports healthy home and take it as our mission.


The identification of sports injury

So on this activity, Zhao Zhi as the physical therapist of JK pain clinic, who is also the former team doctor of Beijing Guoan FC, explained how to identify common football sports injury: from muscle strain to tendon, ligament damage, and fracture.He listed many cases he accumulated for years, vivid and detailed, easy to master.


Practical RICE and sports taping techniques
 
The lecture was active and frequent interaction.The most popular content is the practical techniques of what you should do by yourself after injury. And also the details about“RICE”and practical demonstrations on sports taping,and instruction on how to conduct recovery and functional training after injury are all really helpful as they said.


 Deep stretching and relaxation skills
 
In the end, Zhao said that I hope that we should not be injured,in order to keep us doing sports healthily and continually,we have to do well stretching and relaxation, and master the correct sports technology. Finally, as the D coach of AFC, Zhao also taught them two practical exclusive stretching and relaxation skills. With the small rehab tools given as a gift on the meeting, Everyone learned how to do an stretching and relaxation even on their hip bone.

After the meeting, someone consulted about how to recover faster after sports injury, after all, some of these old football drivers have so much pains for years but continually doing the sports.
