From CRCC Asia, we are happy to present ‘ Professional Skills ’ Event: it is a unique opportunity to learn some tips on how to network and develop strong communication skills, as well as how to deal and understand Business in China.

Tan Siok Siok

Documentary Filmmaker and Entrepreneur, CEO & Founder of Kinetic One

Filmmaker, entrepreneur and honorary geek with a deep passion for great storytelling in the age of real time Web. Former Executive Producer of Discovery Channel, Asia. Director, Writer and Star of Twittamentary- a documentary about the real life people who use Twitter. Recipient of more than a dozen awards and nominations, Asian TV Awards and Golden Bell Awards.

She is the CEO & Founder of Kinetic ONE, a social video platform in China with channels focused on youth culture, fashion and lifestyle. She will also be publishing two books of her photography work in the coming months

Christian Lépolard

Business Director, HAYS China

Christian currently manages the Beijing office of Hays China. With over 13 years of experience in recruitment Christian has covered almost all functions and industries and worked in positions ranging from mid to executive level covering consulting and management. For 10 years, Christian worked in Russia, where he became the Russia Country Manager. Educated at Masters level in Germany and France. His management experience encompasses developing teams from scratch, turning businesses around or setting up new offices.

Kristen Carusos

International Business Development Manager at

Kristen is from Atlanta, GA and has been living in Beijing for three and a half years. Kristen is the International Business Development Manager at EventBank, and through her role has an extensive network of contacts throughout Beijing. She also works with many different charities and non-profits to host successful events and is one of four co-organizers of the Beijing Women’s Network.

Martin Barnes

Founder of Mountains of Imagination

Martin Barnes is the founder of Mountains Of Imagination (MoI) which specializes in presentation consultancy. As a London-trained graphic designer he has extensive experience of pitching and winning projects for advertising, events, film, TV and art. His work results in delivering visual, emotive and effective story telling documents for small and medium sized business as well as CMO's in the Beijing automotive industry and other multi national company's.
