New arrivals New changes
According to lunar calendar it's already fall in China since 7th August. Chinese people name it as Golden Fall as the leaves from trees would fall on the ground and change the city into golden world.

Welcome to China!
Wishing you all a wonderful experience in the most exciting and dynamic city!

Induction Day
Initially
Edward Pitcher
China General Manager from CRCC Asia presented a synthetic introduction about Chinese policy, economic, business and culture ect. Having a deep insight of Chinese development helps interns to start  a new life in Beijing.
Secondly
Oliver Wesely
Senior Business Development Manager from CRCC Asia explained internship guide thoroughly to all the new interns. Do make a plan for your internship, always communicate with your supervisor or colleagues , be positive, modest and responsible.
Thirdly
Jenny Wu
Program Manager from CRCC Asia introduced Chinese culture on different aspects: greetings, food and drinks, transportation ect.
Lastly
Teacher from Mandarin House
Learning mandarin is difficult at the beginging and it may make people confused slightly. However it's interesting with meaningful origin once you understood and remembered.

Informal Dinner & Welcome Banquet
As this is the first dinner in China, CRCC Asia invited new interns to enjoy it together in a traditional Chinese resturant.
