Mike is an American entrepreneur who has built two successful companies over the last six years in China. He is fluent in Chinese and thrives in international environments. He has delivered bilingual presentations to crowds up to 900 attendees from 80 different countries. Mike’s experience building and working with international companies helps him bring his clients to higher levels of global competitiveness.
Michelle is a Canadian businesswoman who specializes in cross-cultural communication. She has lived in seven countries, successfully building and leading multicultural and virtual teams, and she speaks four languages fluently. With experience working at the United Nations, a major Canadian insurer, and a Chinese localization company, Michelle has improved communication and team cohesion in multicultural workplaces.
