INDUCTION DAY & LOCAL TOUR
Informal Dinner
On August 17th, we CRCCAsiaBeijing had our new interns for September coming. On Thursday night, there was an Informal dinner held for our new interns, letting them know about each other while enjoying the Chinese food.
MORNING
On August 18th, CRCC Asia prepared a comprehensive introduction about China, including economics, policy, laws, culture and important issues which are essential for all the new arrival interns. We also had a quiz and the winner team received our little gifts.
Grace，Program Manager from CRCC Asia introduced Chinese culture on different aspects: greetings, food and drinks, transportation ect.
Lee，Program Manager from CRCC Asia introduced Chinese thinking and culture which is different from western countries.
Stephenie，Business Development Manager from CRCC Asia explained some Chinese ways when working, also told the importance of "Guanxi" (relationship) .
AFTERNOON
Lunch was held at Makato (798 Art District). Because of the heavy rain during the whole afternoon, we had to cancel our scheduled local tour. We will leave you guys with some mystery to explore the surrounding areas!
welcome banquet
Also we prepare a welcome banquet for our interns， as this is the first formal dinner in China， CRCCAsia invited new interns to enjoyed it together in a traditional Chinese restaurant.
Hope everyone received some fundamental knowledge about China and Chinese culture from the induction meeting on Friday morning and become more and more familiar with the area during the following weeks!
