1. How can I check out my balence?
Your service number is 10010,please give them a call with any questions, however, it is complicated to get the Engliish line，if you only need to check out your balance, please call 1001011, hang it up once it gets through, then you will receive a message in Chinese,lucky the numbers are understandable.
2. How can I top up my phone?
There are so many magzine stands on the street where you can buy recharge card easily,. You can ask for a China Unicom Recharge card( 中国联通充值卡, Zhōngguó liántōng chōngzhí kǎ) and tell them the amount you want.Please use the photo above if you need.
3. Can I change my monthly plan?
There are three types of packages, 16rmb, 26rmb and 36rmb, right now, we are using 16rmb for 200mb and 60mins free call, however, you are still able to change your plan which will start next month if you apply for it this month. Please call 10010 and press 9 for English service or Let our program managers help you out.
4. Would be possible to add more internet on my phone?

5. What would happen if I overused the package?
Unless you are running out of credit, they will cut off the serive, otherwise, they just charge you more, 0.3rmb for extra 1mb and 0.2rmb for extra 1min call and the same cost for text message. So the easiest way is to make sure you have enough money on your phone.
