Please type 102 and send to 10010, you will receive a message in Chinese, however, it is understandable.However, you are not able to send any message if you are running out of money, please make sure you have more than 26rmb at end of every month.
2. How can I top up my phone?
There are so many magzine stands on the street where you can buy recharge card easily,. You can ask for a China Unicom Recharge card( 中国联通充值卡, Zhōngguó liántōng chōngzhí kǎ) and tell them the amount you want.
3. Can I change my monthly plan?
You are able to change your plan which will be started from next month if you apply for it this month. Please call 10010 and press 9 for English service or Let our program managers help you out.
