主要工作：
负责搭建合规部门。保证平台上提供的产品（上市公司与投资人沟通、行业专业人士访谈、文章发布）都符合合规要求。发布之前要做敏感信息审核。同时制定将来的合规流程等。
要求：
1. 在服务机构投资人的卖方研究从事超过3年以上的合规工作。
2. 熟悉香港与大陆市场对提供股票咨询业务的合规需求。熟悉全球一线投资基金对合规的要求。
3. 中英文熟练交流。
4. 创业精神。
5. 香港或者北京。

Compliance Officer
Main Role:
Help build up compliance department. Make sure the products offering on the platform (company meetings, expert meetings, articles) are within compliance requirement. MNPI control and help build proper compliance checking procedures.
Requirements:
1. more than 3 years’ experience in major sell side working with research team.
2. Understand regulation requirement on providing stock market advisory services in both HK and A share market.
3. English and Chinese language.
4. Entrepreneurship.
5. Based in HK or Beijing.

2. English and Mandarin language.
3. More than 4 years working experience, esp. as Sell side research anlysts in bulge
bracket.
4. Location in HK or China mainland.
