A new week is here and it brings to Modernista new and exciting events. We start off the week with creative Drink & Draw on Tuesday, Swing Night on Wednesday. And Thursday Latin Nights are going wilder and wilder! Los Hispanos makes everybody move and dance with their hot Latin tunes. Don’t miss a great opportunity to learn turns and spins of passionate Salsa Dance this coming Thursday, we will have a Free Salsa Class with professional teachers. Friday night two events will be running at Modernista: “Slow Drag Show” by Swing Beijing, offering us an exquisite show with stunning Trixie Royale Burlesque Performer and a special guest - Parisian singer Nicole Rochelle at the Modernista Old Café & Dinner. And in our Art Deco MainHall -Xinjiang Band “Akbar” will bring us their music with modern and ethnic twists. A hard choice to make!

周五的时候，将会有两个不一样的活动同时发生在新、老modernista！Swing Beijing组织的慢舞之夜：巴黎歌手Nicole Rochelle将会在modernista的餐吧演出，而在我们的鸡尾酒吧＋Art Deco风格的演出大厅，将会有新疆乐队Akbar！
Ok，我知道这对于大家来说，将会是一个非常艰难的选择！没事，尽管来，我们都是无任欢迎的！
Then Saturday, we welcome a new band “The Rotten Five” with the classics from 60s music. And we are excited about coming Sunday, Farm 2 Neighbours, comes back to Modernista, just on time to fill us up with vitamins for Spring. Come to get healthy goodies and enjoy our Organic Brunch. Then in the evening there will be an exclusive show by Sam Plattes Band– an authentic country music and blue grass all they way from Wyoming.

Art Deco：即是艺术装饰风格，也被称为装饰艺术，发源于法国，兴盛于美国，是世界建筑史上的一个重要的风格流派。
ArtDeco建筑主要用回纹饰曲线线条、金字塔造型等埃及元素装饰建筑的外立面上，表达了当时高端阶层所追求的高贵感；而摩登的形体又赋予古老的、贵族的气质，代表的是一种复兴的城市精神。
