About the band
The Martini Trio consists of Jazz guitarist Doug Martin (SanFrancisco, USA), bassist Xu Guangjun (Tianjin, China), and drummer Claudi Azizaj (Athens, Greece)
This ensemble is in the classic guitar trio format and performs a mixture of jazz standards, bossa novas, original compositions as well as the occasional Chinese melody. Coming from three very distinctly different countries, the members of the group try to bring together characteristics from their respective backgrounds and cultures to create a sound that is rooted in traditional jazz, but has a unique voice of its own.

About Jordan Samuels
An anaccomplished guitarist who has been studying, performing and teaching throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for the last twenty years.
While at San Francisco State University, he completed his formal training in music composition under the guidance of Ronald Caltabiano and Richard Festinger while simultaneously pursuing a jazz studies curriculum directed by Andrew Speight and John Calloway.
He has studied guitar with Randy Vincent and Bruce Forman and is strongly influenced by Wes Montgomery, Kenny Burrell, Grant Green, Barney Kessel and Peter Bernstein.
Since completing his studies in 2010, Jordan has become an in-demand jazz guitarist and can be seen performing regularly with the Hot Club of San Francisco, the Electric Squeezbox Orchestra, the Bay Area based organ trio Certified Organic and his own trio / quartet.

马天尼三重奏由爵士吉他手Doug Martin (San Francisco, USA)，贝斯手E.T.(中国)，以及鼓手Claudi Azizaj (希腊)组成。演奏以标准爵士、巴萨诺瓦、原创作曲以及一些中国传统旋律的结合体。乐队成员分别来自三个不同而又极具特色的国家，致力于在美国传统爵士的基础上，将各自文化背景中的特色结合起来，创作出独特的旋律。
特别嘉宾乐手乔丹山姆斯，过去二十年来一直活跃于三藩市爵士圈，曾在旧金山大学Ronald Caltabiano和Richard Festinger的指导下学习作曲，与此同时，他也在Andrew Speight和John Calloway门下学习爵士乐。他曾有幸Randy Vincent及Bruce Forman一起学习吉他，并受到了Wes Montgomery, Kenny Burrell, Grant Green, Barney Kessel和Peter Bernstein的影响。
2010年完成学业后成为了一名出色的爵士吉他手，并经常与the Hot Club of San Francisco, the Bay Area based organ trio Certified Organic合作演出，也拥有了他自己的三重奏/四重奏组合。
