This Wednesday, let's make some swing moves to the performance provided by Awozi Quintet! Singer Awozi, along with guitarist Qiao Youheng, bass player Na Qin, drummer Dai Haori and sax player Zhang Yiwei, will surely bring you a wonderful jazzy vibe.

Awozi is an infectious swing dancer and a professional singer. Being passionate about jazz and retro culture makes swing jazz seem natural in her blood. Graduated from Xinghai Conservatory of Music, she has participated in many well-known singing competitions in China, such as Super Girl, CCTV young singers Grand Prix, Chinese Idol, and Voice of China. And also joined many musicals such as "Mamma Mia," "Les Miserables," "Miss Saigon," "Chorus Line." With her experience in performance and dancing, she can't wait to share her jazz stories with you!

阿巫兹是⼀名极富感染⼒的爵⼠歌⼿和摇摆舞者。专业歌手出身的她毕业于广州星海音乐学院，曾参加过快乐女声，⻘年歌⼿大奖赛，中国梦之声，中国好声音等多个国内知名大型唱歌比赛，也参演过多部⾳乐剧目《妈妈咪呀》《悲惨世界》《西贡⼩姐》《Chorus Line》等;对爵⼠乐充满热情的她同时也是一名复古文化的狂热者。这使得爵⼠乐在她生命中出现显得那么理所应当。丰富的⾳乐表演经验，令她的舞台呈现出丰富、⽴体、又极具古灵精怪的表达力。直爽⼜热情的阿巫兹已经迫不及待想和你分享她的爵⼠故事会了!

Na Qin graduated from Beijing Contemporary Music Academy. After impressing audience with his music in multiple venues in Beijing, he continued his studies in Yekaterinburg, Russia. During his stay, he was playing often in Ever Jazz which is the largest local jazz club and exchanged the music experiences with the best musicians playing there. 

曾就读于北京现代音乐学院，活跃于北京各大演出场所。19 年赴俄罗斯叶卡捷琳堡留学。在俄期间常驻于当地最大的爵士俱乐部 Ever Jazz 与俄罗斯最好的音乐家交流并学习。

Qiao Youheng has learned from Jazz guitarist Liu Wenxiang and classical guitarist Wu Bin. Since childhood, he has learned the classical guitar and played Jazz, Funk, Rock, and other music styles. In 2016 he entered Beijing Modern Music Academy to study Jazz guitar. During school, he was admitted to the "CMA Pioneer Little Band" led by China's first Jazz doctor, Mr. Su Chang, and CMA Jazz Big Band, and served as the chief guitarist of CMA Bigband for 4 consecutive years. In 18 years, he served as the Ice and Fire Tango Orchestra's guitarist and then participated in the Coupe Mondale World Accordion Championships with the band and won the chamber music category. He also won first place in the open group of the Shijiazhuang Aldamira Guitar Competition, first in the youth group of the Shenyang CGF International Guitar Competition, second in the adult group of Qingdao Altamira. With band Bop Vision Trio hee has appeared on the grand Jazz label Blue Note Beijing several times with co-artists and musicians: Chinese Good Voice players Chu Qiao, Dave Weckl, Tommy Igoe, John Riley, Liu Kefu, etc.

师从爵士吉他手刘文祥先生，古典吉他演奏家吴滨先生。自幼学习古典吉他，擅长演奏爵士、FUNK、摇滚等音乐风格。16 年进入北京现代音乐学院学习爵士吉他。在校期间考入由中国第一位爵士乐博士粟畅先生带领的“CMA 先锋小乐队”，以及 CMA 爵士BigBand，连续 4 年担任 CMA Bigband 首席吉他手。18 年担任冰与火探戈乐团吉他手， 后随乐队参加“ 72nd Coupe Mondale World Accordion Championships”获得了室内音乐组冠军。还曾获得石家庄阿尔达米拉吉他大赛公开组第一名，沈阳CGF 国际吉他大赛青年组第一名，青岛阿尔达米拉成人组第二名，第 72 届国际手风琴室内音乐组冠军。个人乐队“Bop Vision Trio”曾数次登上殿堂级爵士乐厂牌“Blue Note Beijing”的舞台。合作艺人及音乐人：中国好声音选手褚乔、Dave Weckl、 Tommy Igoe、John Riley、刘可夫等。

Since childhood, Han Mingxuan has been exposed to and began to learn the art of drums. He is a young jazz musician who loves traditional jazz, but he is not  restricted in musical stylings. In 2016, he arrived in Beijing to study at the modern music college . Revelling in his studies, he experimented with and integrated various complex and changeable music skills into his music. Tutored by Shao Ha Ha, who was taught by jazz drum player, has studied musical composition, jazz harmony, ensemble and improvisation with many influential musicians (J Kyle, Simone Shirru, Suo...etc）

自幼接触并开始学习打击乐，是一位非常喜欢传统爵士乐的青年爵士乐手，但他并不拘泥于一种音乐风格。2016年来到北京现代音乐学院学习爵士乐，喜爱钻研的他，尝试把各种复杂多变的音乐技巧，融入到演奏的音乐当中去，不断突破自我。师从爵士鼓演奏家邵哈哈，先后随多位有影响力的音乐家（J Kyle、Simone Shirru、粟畅等）学习编曲、爵士和声、合奏与即兴理论，在校期间更是与许多优秀的大编制团队合作。"

Zhang Yiwei graduated from Northeast Normal University with a bachelor's degree in history. During school, he won the principal and Mingde scholarship. He successively studied saxophone under Liu Ping, Wang Liping, Yu Zhenhai, Chen Weiqiang, and Nathaniel Gao. Zhang also won the silver medal in the 8th National (2008) Dandelion Youth Art Competition. He studied at the Beijing Institute of Modern Music, served as the CMA Jazz band Tenor 1, won the 10th Perizzaro Scholarship and received Su Chang's guidance. He has performed in Hangzhou Jz Huanglou, Beijing Jianghu, Jiuxiao, Real Records, Blue Note, DDC, The Bricks, Tokyo Lounge, fRUITY SPACE, and other places.  He also participated in the recording of Ma Siwei's "Dark Horse Symphony Season" album and in large-scale events and performances such are Beijing International Drummer Festival, Shenzhen Percussion Music Festival, Taihu National Grand Theater Weekly Concert, Taihu Jazz Starry Sky Music Festival and other large-scale events and performances.

张艺威，毕业于东北师范大学，历史学学士。在校期间获得校长奖学金、明德奖学金。先后师从刘平、王立平、于振海、陈维强、高太行（Nathaniel Gao）学习萨克斯。在全国第八届（2008）蒲公英青少年艺术比赛中获得银奖。曾在北京现代音乐学院学习，在校期间曾担任 CMA 爵士大乐队 Tenor 1，获得第十届佩里扎罗奖学金（第三名），也接受过粟畅的指导。曾在杭州 Jz 黄楼、北京江湖、九霄、其实唱片、Blue Note、DDC、The Bricks、 Tokyo Lounge、fRUITY SPACE 等地演出。在《乐队的夏天 2》中担任马赛克乐队乐手。参与马思唯《黑马交响季》专辑录制。亦参加过如北京国际鼓手节、深圳打击乐音乐节、台湖国家大剧院星期音乐会、台湖爵士星空音乐节等大型活动以及演出。
