Join us this Thursday at Modernista with FluFlaFen, an improvisational band with unique style that blends avant-garde, experimental free jazz, and jazz rock with Middle Eastern and Nordic folk influences. Active in Beijing's independent music scene, FluFlaFen's debut album "Sorcery Sauce" promises a night of non-linear musical fusion that’s gonna take your breath. Sit tight and let the show begin!

Get ready to skank all night long this Friday with 36 tricks！The story began in May 2020. A fresh ska power with 9 ska lovers gathering around to present original ska groove. 36 tricks always know how to produce dynamic ska beats and melodies with trumpets and saxophone, shaking your body and moving your feet. Inspired by Jamaica ska legend, the Skatalites, their unique Jamaica ska music, 36 tricks want everybody to dance in a joyful mood. After the ska party, DJ Dave will take over the stage in the late night happy hours, playing dancing music before dawn. This is an epic night full of fantastic ska tempo – be there or be square!
