Here at Modernista Jazz has a special place in our hearts. That's why we have our Sunday Jazz Series. Every Sunday (and a few weekdays) we dedicate the evening to this enigmatic and celebrated musical genre with live bands. It's not just any Jazz though, each evening is its own style within the genre, from the classic to the experimental and everything in between. Be you new or a connoisseur, can come and delight in all things Jazz.

Join us this Sunday for a special night with Shi Yuji Trio! Shi Yuji, one of the first musicians to play in our Sunday Jazz series back in 2015, returns with his soulful tenor sax. Expect spontaneous, smooth melodies that bring a fresh twist to jazz. Joining him is the talented guitarist Satoshi, whose rhythms and solos will take the music to another level.
