老熊夫妇的儿子毕业于法国蓝带厨艺学校，在离开北京去上海马克西姆担任甜点师前，将自己的烘焙工作坊和法式天然酵母面包制作的精髓留给了老熊夫妇。凭着认真和坚持的态度，老熊夫妇的制作的经过长时间低温发酵的面包得到了越来越多人的认可和称赞。
Mr. & Mrs Bear's son graduated from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. Before leaving Beijing to go to Shanghai to work for Maxim's de Paris as a pastry chef, he handed down both the baking workshop and the recipes of French natural-leaven bread-making to his parents. With great passion in learning the art of traditional French baking, Mr. & Mrs Bear's breads have received more and more people's recognition and praise on Farm to Neighbors farmers' market.

薇薇从2011年开始了一段只身前往南疆沙漠寻找适合干旱地区种植的玫瑰花品种之旅，从此开始了在荒地上建立玫瑰园的生活。在农村生活3年后，薇薇带着用昆仑山雪水灌溉的玫瑰花回到了北京。
In 2011, Vera went to the South of Xinjiang by herself to look for rose which are suitable to plant on dry desert areas. After then, she started a exploration to establish rose garden on wasteland and try to support local community to develop. After 3 years, she came back to Beijing with roses that has been watered by the snow waters of Kunlun mountain in the wild, wild west.

Farm to Neighbors is a farmers' market founded and organized by Erica Huang from Taiwan. After struggling with severe skin issues after living and working in Beijing for two years, she decided to take matters into her own hands to eat healthy by seeking out local organic farm produce and traditional hand-made foods. Farm to Neighbors was created to serve the community by creating better access to quality foods and connecting local producers directly to consumers.
