Long time has passed since we first open Modernista as a small bar in the middle of Beijing´s traditional hutongs.

Since Modernista open almost four years ago, bar and restaurant always shared the same space.
Now, to celebrate our fourth anniversary, we have decided to take our the Modernista´s food experience one step further, in a fully remodeled, incredible cozy and stylish new dinning space.
The dishes are inspired in the delicious, innovative and warm hearted southern European food that best represents Modernista´s style. The chef, Luis Wei, who along the years has carefully learned his skill from renowned Catalan chef Jordi Valles, formerly Chef de Cuisine at Agua Restaurant, has designed menu in which gourmet meet skills and precision for an unique dining experience.

摩登尼斯塔已经快4年了,过往就如大家熟悉的,餐厅、酒吧都在同一个地方。为了庆祝我们的四周年店庆,我们决定把摩登尼斯塔西餐厅变得更专业、为大家服务得更好。
现在的西餐厅位于摩登尼斯塔原址,与平常乐队演出的酒吧大厅独立分开,经过改修后环境依样复古但更为舒适.
餐厅主理地中海风格美食,既保留欧陆式家乡菜窝心温暖的美味,同时不忘研发创新的混合菜式。
星级主厨Luis Wei曾于Agua西班牙餐厅工作七年,师承加泰罗尼亚名厨Jordi Valles。匠心独运,独家设计的菜单绝对期待。
