APOLLO
阿波罗
This is an undefeated, long standing Modernista bestseller. Its smoothness and delicate fruitness appeals to girls, and that's why the name. Apollo is named after the handsome, forever young Greek good of the Sun, poetry and music (but also after our favorite lychee frozen yogurt brand and after a certain favorite indie club back in my hometown, note). So all girls worship our Apollo, as if the real God was standing right in front of them. While not too strong, you can still hint at the vodka and the bittersweet balance of the healing herbal mix, beyond the mild sweetness of lychee juice and the fragance of the fresh sage leaves.
摩登尼斯塔一直人气高企的一款鸡尾酒，以希腊太阳，诗与音乐之神命名，同时也跟巴塞罗那一家indie club，以及香港一家最好吃的冰优格店同名。鸡尾酒不算太烈，伏特加与草本搭配平衡，加上荔枝的果甜味与鼠尾草的芳香，一试就爱上，欲罢不能。

This lively and colorful cocktail won't get anyone bored while keeping a nice balance between its cheecky mixture of delicate citrusy African hibiscus flowers, homemade spicy hot chilli syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice and a base of Russian vodka. Named after the theme of one of our favorite Drink and Draw sessions ever, Black Venus, is recommended for those who want something smooth to start the night, giving a spark without being too boozy, and looking just awesomely deep pink!
这款鸡尾酒源于摩登尼斯塔绘画工作室的其中一次黑色维纳斯专题，酒色呈深粉红，非洲玫瑰茄，自酿辣椒糖浆，新鲜柠檬汁，搭配精选俄罗斯伏特加，火辣辣却又轻盈可口，诱惑。
EL SANTO
墨西哥摔跤手
This is one of our favorite cocktails, just because it's a remainder that, with patience and stubborness, you can defeat even the most difficult cockail base. That's it, TEQUILA. Yes, we needed to infuse the thing in aromatic lemongrass and let it flavour itself for couple of weeks in a dark place... But we got something so great there that we just had to add a little fresh pineapple and a little lemon to find what tequila gloriousness really is. And we named it El Santo, because this drink is our absolutely new Mexican hero and should be in the movies too.
喜欢龙舌兰的酒友不得不尝尝这款鸡尾酒，把柠檬草与龙舌兰放在黑房内浸渍数周，搭配新鲜的菠萝与柠檬调制，鲜甜有劲，带烟熏味，惊喜之作！
EAST INDIA WHISKEY SOUR
东印威士忌酸
Our spiced, tea flavored twist to a classic whiskey sour is probably a result of too much reading William Somerset Maugham and Rudyard Kipling and imagining ways to add colonial era ingredients to our new cocktail menu. So we made that very strong and bitter infusion of Sri Lankan bergamote scented Earl Grey tea, and tried to spice it up with some incredibly rich nutmeg boiled into one of our house syrups. The result is a complex, heavily scented and layered cocktail, with a dense mouthfeel and a delicate keeping balance.
大概受毛姆或吉卜林，又或者杜拉斯的殖民地时代文学所影响，摩登尼斯塔不禁要在经典的威士忌酸作出变奏，加入斯里兰卡的伯爵茶，豆蔻与其他香料煮制的自酿糖浆甘露，成就出这款富有浓厚殖民地色彩的鸡尾酒，香味浓烈，口感层次丰富。

迷幻蜻蜓三号
Dragonflies remind us of the dryness and heat of those childhood summers in the mediterranean countryside. People say they are a symbol of self improvement, and so like them, our newly upgraded favorite has become a yet more refined creature. Together with the complex botanicals from gin and fresh thyme, it keeps a delicate equilibrium between the citrusy bitterness of grapefruit, the sweet floral notes of elderflower and the freshness of Aperol.
一款大获好评的鸡尾酒，经过一再改良，迷幻蜻蜓三号终于横空而出，金酒与百里香草本味香，西柚的鲜甜微涩，接骨木花的芳香，加上意大利人大爱阿佩罗的清爽，还有杯子边上点缀的小蜻蜓，一旦爱上，杯不离手。
