We are trying to make swing nights at Modernista a little bit more exciting and special with monthly theme parties. 我们尝试用每月的主题派对将老摩的爵士之夜办得更具色彩。
This month's the theme is - DERBY DAY! Time to take out your most extravagant hat or the bow-tie!

It's a tradition to wear elegant hats at the races. Wearing a hat to the Derby is believed to bear good luck. Ladies' hats can be decorated with flowers, feathers, bows, and ribbons of any color to express creativity and individuality.
传统礼俗上戴上优雅的礼帽去看赛马会带来好运。女士们的帽子可以装饰上五颜六色的花朵、羽毛、饰片或缎带从而彰显创意和个性。
Gentlemen are not required to wear a hat, but who can stop a man from wearing his most dashing and colorful tie?
男士们并不要求佩戴帽子，但时髦多彩的领带将是不可或缺的重点。
You can also dress up as a jockey, or have any pattern or accessory related to horses or roses (the symbol of Kentucky Derby is a rose). Maybe a horseshoe pin? Or a dress patterned with roses? The choice is yours!
当然你也可以装扮成赛马骑师或者佩戴上和赛马日相关的配饰，例如玫瑰（肯塔基赛马的标志就是玫瑰），马蹄形的饰针，或者玫瑰图案的衣裙都是不错的选择。

FAST FEET CONTEST
Any couple is welcome to join the Fast Feet dance competition. You join with your partner, and start dancing! Each songs gets a bit faster than the one before. All you need to do is stay on the beat! The last couple standing wins. It's that simple. Who has the fastest feet? Let's find out!
任意一对舞者可以参加Fast Feet的比赛。两两组合，任意搭配。比赛曲目的节奏将一首比一首快，所有选手只需要踏准节拍，坚持到最后的一对选手将是获胜者。比赛规则就是这么简单。谁拥有无影脚？让我们拭目以待。
