One of the worldwide most renowned Spanish dishes found its way to the Beijing hutongs, Paella de Marisco or version with seafood is our kitchen’s pride and joy. Homemade traditional seafood sauce has been simmering for long hours in our kitchen, giving it a very characteristic taste.

Of our other mains, there is traditional Seasoned Deep Fried Beef Steak, and perfect surprise featuring Baked Macau Chicken Puff for a meat lovers. Seared Foie Gras Tenderloin will satisfy the most demanding palate while Black Truffle Conchiglie pasta will leave you speechless.

For more traditional tapas bites there are fried Spanish Croquetas, Shrimps a la Boqueria and everyone’s favorite regular - Tortilla. Established bites with a twist include Huevos Rotos, Panfried Mushrooms, Mixed Herbs Meatballs, Boletus and Warm Potato Salad and flavorful Italian Rice Balls.

Modernista’s version of small traditional Spanish snacks, typically eaten in bars and taverns go along perfectly with socializing with friends. Our pintxos are coming in many exciting flavors, from Curry Chicken with red Spanish Piquillo Peppers to spicy Chorizo, perfect to pair with wine or (even better) sangria to make it a proper Mediterranean night.

If you like to play safe, our good old Assorted Cheese & Cold Cuts Platter will make you more than content.

Soup is cuisine's kindest course. It breathes reassurance; it steams consolation; after a weary day it promotes sociability, as the five o'clock cup of tea or the cocktail hour. To assure winter consolation we have two flavorful soups - Green Vegetable Soup heaven and Boletus and Cod Fish. Dip lovers will be able to get all time favorite Modernista’s classic - Mediterranean Hummus or refreshing Guacamole.

In case you are not that hungry, our menu offers all time favorites to nibble that are pairing well with vast variety items from our drink menu - from beers to signature cocktails. Upstage item is our Tuna Pickles with special tomato hidden surprise. Marinated Olives and Mixed Baked Nuts are always bar food safe choices, while both our Sweet Potato and French Fries are next level dish. Double boiled and fried to absolute perfection, presented at table with delicious homemade sauces.
