“措瓦”在藏语中的意思是“生活”

"Tsowa" means "life" in Tibetan language

"我们的牧场在红原，那里夏天开满了格桑花，放养在一望无际牧场上的牦牛和犏牛们低头吃着牧草，饮着山上流淌下来的雪水，牧民们对待他们如同亲人一样。

Our prairie is on Hongyuan, the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Aba, Sichuan. In summer, gesar flower blossoms cover the entire fields. The yaks graze on an endless pasture, and drink water from the snow mountains.The herdsmen treat them like family.

制作和食用“藏式酸奶”是藏区游牧民族历史悠久的生活方式，藏式酸奶的制作工艺和品质在世界范围内独一无二，充满牧草香的味道，有着厚厚的奶皮和绵软清爽的口感。我们按照传统的藏式酸奶工艺进行制作，为了保障品质的纯粹，绝不会有任何添加。牦牛产奶量是奶牛的1/40，蛋白质含量是1.5倍以上，2300公里的运输距离，从挤奶到生产48个小时的极短时间，仅仅4个小时的发酵过程，在北京还原了最传统藏式酸奶。

Tibetan yogurt is an important food of Tibetan historical culture and lifestyle. The yogurt craft is unique to the world, which brings out the taste of fresh pasture, with a natural layer of thick creme on top and silk-smooth tecture below. To maintain this quality, we refuse any additives. Yaks produce only 1/40 the milk as normal milk cows do, but has almost 1.5 times more the protein compared to regular milk. We collect the yak milk and send it 2300 kilometers across the country in 48 hours, then let it ferment for 4 hours to recreate the most authentic and freshTibetan Yogurt right here in Beijing.

对于改善牧民生活和维护当地神圣的生活方式我们有很多畅想，目前我们正在做的是：与当地相对贫困的牧户合作，帮助他们采收符合要求的高品质牛奶，以120%的价格收购牛奶，为他们带来较好的收入同时，组织提供技术、材料、知识支持，促进当地传统牧业的发展，改善牧民的生活。

We have great ambitions to improve local Tibetan's lives and preserve their sacred traditions. Right now, what we are doing is cooperating with low-income families, help them produce high quality milk by offering 120% purchase price. Through making and selling Tibetan yogurt in the city, not only do we increase local income, but also provide support in technology, material supplies and education to better their lives and keep the traditional lifestlye and culture lasting.

团队从最初的一个人带着从红原回来的信息到现在已经有全职加兼职平均年龄25岁的10人团队。大家来自五湖四海，不同国家和民族，只为一个共同的理想，在共同成长。

Our team has grown from one person bringing message from Hongyuan, to today a 10-people team, all around age of 25. We come from different areas of China and ethnicity. All learning, growing, and working together towards one goal."
