Hope everybody is enjoying the beautiful Beijing days of summer.. We have many exciting events this week, so open up your calendar app and set some reminders! Our beloved regulars activities are on as usual: Drink & Draw on Tuesday, Swing Night on Wednesday, and Latin Night on Thursday.
We also have a great line up for the coming weekend. On Friday night, join us for the most authentic Blues music in Beijing as long-time friends, Zhen Ren Band, take the stage. On Saturday , Modernista will be running two events, Jo & The Hot Water Band will bring their trademark soul & rock as they take the stage in The Art Deco Main Hall. For those looking for something a little calmer, Modernista Old Café & Dinner presents the perfect opportunity for a most romantic evening – Slow Drag Night by Swing Beijing. And Sunday morning treat yourself with healthy produce from Farm to Neighbours Market, and enjoy the delicious and fresh dishes of our Organic Brunch.
We are also pleased to announce that Modernista will be participating in Fete De La Musique on Sunday evening. Modernista will celebrate World Music Day with two great bands. The Plum Tree will take the stage at 8PM followed by one of our, and Beijing’s favorites--Beijing Beatles!
Finally, it is awards’ season in Beijing. Thats Beijing's The Best Of Beijing 2015 is online until June 19th. Modernista has the honor of being nominated for Best Hutong Bar and Best Live Music Venue. 周六，将会有两个完全不一样的活动任君挑选，在我们的鸡尾酒吧，有Jo & The Hot Water Band；而在我们的餐厅＋咖啡厅这边，慢舞之夜再一次隆重登场。怎么样，我们是否很贴心，周六两个活动！
周日，嘿嘿，劳累的工作日和狂欢的周末需要健康的食物来治愈你的身体噢。别忘了我们的农夫市集和美味的早午餐。
最后，有一个好消息告诉大家！摩登尼斯塔被挑选成为夏至音乐节的演出场地之一！就在本周日，6月21号晚上，8点，The Plum Tree 乐队将会首先登场，然后就是最受欢迎的－北京披头士乐队啦！！！！
