Rager Pie started in the Ragerhaus kitchen back in 2012 after 3 years of Thorsgiving Ragers when people began begging for more of our delicious pies. What was initially supposed to be a way to spread the rage between friends, accidentally got picked up by the Beijing media and grew faster than anticipated.
狂聚派——始于在北京连续三年的感恩节狂聚,朋友们纷纷哀求美国德州人Wilson Hailey给他们做派,于是2012年Wilson终于买了个大烤箱创立了Ragerhause厨房。本来应该只是朋友之间分享狂聚的烹饪实验,居然被北京杂志媒体当真起来,因此狂聚派便以惊人的速度膨胀。
This Sunday, Rager Pie will be sharing with us their signature pumpkin, pecan and apple pies, all made with organic pumpkin, apples and whole-wheat flour.

Farm to Neighbors was started by Erica Huang, who believes in the nurturing and healing potentials of natural foods for the well-being of our mind and body. Before, she chased after the Beijing organic farmer’s market every week which was far and inconvenient to get to. When she realised he neighborhood is long overdue for having it's own farmer’s market, she started her own. Every Sunday at Modernista, Farm to Neighbors was created to serve the local community by providing easier access to better quality foods.
