Dear friends,
A new week is on way and for coming days Modernista has surprising and exciting events. As usual, we have our regular events: Drink & Draw, Swing Night, Latin Thursdays. On Friday night, get ready for some fun square dancing night, as Beijing Barn Dancing Band takes over the stage, and DJ Malika will keep the tune after the band to have everybody keep moving. On Saturday, one of our favorite bands, Violette & The Hunters will take the stage. Violette brings a unique combination of jazz, gospel and R&B that is not to be missed. Following the live music, DJ Compact Dicks will spin throughout the night. On Sunday pass by for a relaxed afternoon shopping for fresh and healthy veggies and other produce of F2N Market, and enjoy our Brunch. Also, on Monday, May 18th, Scratching Beijing will return to Modernista to take us back to 1920’s Shanghai.
