在本周日的农夫市集上将会延续上周特别主题，那就是饺子！我们将现场擀面为大家包上一荤一素两款经典馅儿的饺子：猪肉芹菜虾皮 and 韭菜鸡蛋豆腐。食材来源可讲究了，面粉是沃翠园和北大荒饺子粉掺在一起的，韭菜是纯草农庄的，芹菜和豆腐是跨栏农场的，猪肉是鑫农夫的。现包新鲜的饺子，常温下可放2小时，拿回家冷藏可放一天，冷冻可保存15天，如果看到这里你已经垂涎三尺想吃饺子了，可以联系Erica 18600116714 预定，周日到了直接取。
This Sunday, we have a special theme on the market: fresh-made dumplings from the East and the West! You can buy fresh Chinese "Jiaozi" made on-site with high-quality ingredients to take home to enjoy. Two classic stuffings catering to both vegetarians and meat lovers include: chives, eggs with tofu, and pork, celery with shrimp. The dumpling wraps are made with organic flour from Wocuiyuan, chives are from Cuncao Farm, celery and tofu are from Kualan Farm, pork is from Xin Farmer. Fresh Jiaozi can keep for 2 hours in room temperature, and a day in the fridge. You can also freeze them to keep up to 15 days. To avoid waiting on them being hand-made on Sunday, you can pre-order by contact Erica @18600116714
老摩酒吧的意大利厨师也将自己亲手做意大利饺子，新添一道菜在周日农夫市集早午餐菜单上，他将用远谷庄园的石磨面粉、布乐奶酪的意大利乳清干酪和不用谢100%有机农场的菠菜来制作正宗的家乡风味！大家周日都来尝尝吧！别忘了，如果老摩楼下吧台都坐满了，还有二层的“苦艾酒包厢”可以坐哟！
Modernista's proud Italian Chef will be making fresh raviolis to add on to the Sunday special farmers' market menu. Using stone-grind flour from Yuangu Valley Farm, ricotta cheese from Beijing's best French cheese maker Le Fromader de Pekin and spinach from Buyongxie 100% Organic Farm. Come have a try! Remember, if bar seating is all occupied on the first floor, there is always plenty of comfortable couch seats on the second floor "Absinthe Bar" of Modernista!

On the market, we will have organically-grown vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, 100% fruit smoothies, farm pasture-raised meats and eggs, raw honey from the Tibetan region, honey wine (made with 100% honey and nothing else), Tibetan yogurt, ecologically-grown Goji berries, traditional rice wine, traditional handmade tofu products with old variety soy beans, artisanal French cheese, naturally leaven sourdough breads, and all-natural skincare.

Farm to Neighbors is a farmers' market started by Erica Huang. After struggling with severe skin issues living in Beijing after two and a half years, she decided to take matters into her own hands to eat healthy by seeking out local organic farms and traditional homemade foods. Farm to Neighbors was created to serve the community by creating better access to quality foods and connecting local producers to more people.
