Don't worry if the first week or so of January passed you by. We have lots lined up. Tuesday we will about imagination in this week's Imaginary Friends' Drink & Draw. Or step inside on Wednesday and meet Casa Flamenco, providing lessons on how to be involved in this quintessential part of Spanish Culture. Our beloved Jazz Series makes its appearance this Thursday, in the form of the J Kyle Electric Band A Miles Davis Tribute, and again on Sunday welcoming back the Jared Lang band!
Once the week comes to an end we get to cut loose and party. We will be kicking it off with Hindsight 66 and their awesome 90's rock vibes. Up next on Saturday some unique blues, Americana old school rock, happily supplied by the increasingly popular Great Buffalo! DJ JAGERZHADAN and DJ LIAM will be following our performances at midnight, along with our Happy Hour shots!

Monday is swinging back around so that means it's time for some Salsa moves！Dance classes start at 8:30 PM with the talented Liyenni. She will give you all the skills you need to take over the dance floor when Savor Latino live band jumps on stage from 9:30 PM.

Casa Flamenco is here to provide some quintessential Spanish sounds, moves and looks. Great Buffalo Blues will be back this Saturday to get us all dancing and shouting. Their unique blend of Blues, Funk, Americana, and R&B will get you rocking around the dancing floor (drink in hand) wowing us all with their original songs. How could we not ask them back after their debut at Modernista was such a pleasure! The Jared Lang Band is relatively new to Modernista and we wanted this perfect collection of musicians back to end the week with a bit of groove and a lot of style. Look foward to a combination of original songs and selected covers, this will be our second time with the Jared Lang Band taking part in our Sunday Jazz series so we welcome you to come and show your support!

Try some classics such are Coco Locos, Naughty Girls and Dirty Russians. Take your pick between the intoxicating Purple Haze or the cool sweetness of the Chocolate Mint. Dare to try the tequila in Strawberry Cupid's Bow, or the spicy fire burning in Kill Bill shot. Or maybe just want to have a strong, velvety, and decadent After Hours?
