过去一年在老摩酒吧，我们服务了胡同里的社区居民，也吸引了不少来自北京各地的人到这个充满独特欧洲风情的小酒吧买菜、吃brunch，度过悠闲的周末。随着时间的迁移，如今老摩不仅是一个酒吧，还是一家欧式餐厅，每周都有热闹活动，而“从农场到邻居”也不再是曾经的5、6家摊位，而是拥有30多家商户的农夫市集，我们很感恩这一年来能得到老摩的支持并成长，现在看起来是要分道扬镳，但事实上我们仍然在同一个社区互相扶持！期盼大家这周日来老摩一起为我们送别，周日凡在老摩享用早午餐都可以得到市集上有机种植的水梨一份！
For the past year at Modernista, we have served the hutong community as well as people from around Beijing to buy healthy and safe groceries and enjoy brunch at this fascinating old-European bar hidden in the hutongs. As time go on, Modernista is now not only a bar, but also a restaurant with amazing events. Farm to Neighbors grew from having just 6-7 vendors, to a farmers' market featuring more than 30 sellers. We are so grateful for this period of time having Modernista's support and allowing us to grow. Even though it seems we will go our seperate ways from now, but in fact we will always be a community supporting each other. We invite everyone to come celebrate our happy farewell this Sunday at this amazing venue. All Modernista brunch orders will be gifted with an organically-grown pear (Chinese symbolize farewell) from the market!
市集上将有来自春泥香生态农场、挖菜帮、银杏农场的新鲜蔬菜，本地有机方式种植的苹果、梨、葡萄、橙子和石榴，深蓝小德的稻花香米、糙米和黑米，远谷庄园农场散养、纯粮喂食的猪肉和鸡蛋，北戎农场的山上放养草食牛肉，糖舍米酒的传统手工米酒，6里地的藏乡土蜜和蜂蜜酒，措瓦的纯净牦牛酸奶，布乐奶酪正宗的法式手工奶酪，Lily's Handmade的纯天然手工护肤和香皂，洗花手作的纯棉麻草木染手工服装、艾草枕头，冯焕的手工粗陶，东方大叶的云南高山茶，另外我们特别欢迎新加入的Rukis爱沙尼亚黑麦面包！来试试吧！
On the market, we'll have fresh vegetables from Chunnixiang Farm and Wacaibang, grapes, apples, pears, oranges and pomagranates from different local organical practice farms, organcially grown white, brown and black rice from Xiaode Farm, farm pasture-raised pork and eggs Yuangu Farm, pasture-raised and grassfed beef from Beirong Farm, traditional rice wines from Tangsir, Tibetan yak yogurt from Tsowa, artisanal French cheeses from Le Fromager de Pekin, all-natural skincare and castile soaps from Lily's Handmade, Yunnan high-mountain teas from Eastern Leaves, herbal-pillows by Xihua Studio, handmade pottery by Fenghuan, AND we are excited to welcome RuKiswho will be serving up authenic Estonian rye breadat the market! “Rukis – 爱沙尼亚黑麦面包”是代表北欧波罗的海美食文化的独立品牌。“RuKis” 这个名字的意思就是黑麦。这个品牌是被一个爱沙尼亚姑娘建立的。她叫安黛。她在中国生活已经两年。她特别关注高质量的对身体健康的食品。因为在中国找到品质一流的黑麦面包很难，安黛自己开始烘培北欧口味的面包。现在”RuKis“做的面包有两种：100%黑麦天然酵母面包和天然酵母小麦面包。
“RuKis – Estonian Rye Bread” represents the bread culture of Northern Europe and Baltic Sea region. RuKis is an Estonian word meaning "rye". The founder of the brand is a young Estonian woman Anete Elken. She has lived in China for 2 years and she values highly good quality healthy food. Since it is hard to find good quality bread in China, she decided to start making it herself. In Beijing RuKis is selling starter based naturally leavened 100% rye bread and sourdough wheat bread.

"从农场到邻居"是由台湾女孩黄莉莉创始的社区农夫市集。来北京工作生活两年后，黄莉莉的皮肤出现严重的问题，为了吃到健康安全的饮食，她开始拜访和寻找本地的有机农场和传统手工食物，通过组织市集的方式，让这样的生产者有机会与更多消费者直接面对面交流，让人们更容易获取令人放心的食物。“从农场到邻居”农夫市集希望我们了解每天所吃进肚子里的食物的来源，提倡不仅使自己的身体更健康，又能改善自然环境的美食文化和生活方式。想了解更多关于“从农场到邻居”，请关注我们的微信公众号： farm2neighbors
Farm to Neighbors is a farmers' market founded and organized by Erica Huang from Taiwan. After struggling with severe skin issues after living and working in Beijing for two years, she decided to take matters into her own hands to eat healthy by seeking out local organic farm produce and traditional hand-made foods. Farm to Neighbors was created to serve the community by creating better access to quality foods and connecting local producers directly to consumers. We strive to celebrate real food culture that brings people closer together, nourishes our bodies and improves the environment.
