Hello back!
We are sure the news of our forced front door remodeling has hit the city like a party bomb.
Thank you, Beijing City Government for that one.
For now, it still looks pretty trashy, until they manage to make us look a bit more Chinese with some grey bricks and so.
But, inside Modernista, nothing has really changed... well... or maybe something is not how it used to be anymore?
We have a challenge for you this weekend, so come over to
celebrate Halloween in our little haunted house if you want to discover what the game is all about.
The whole building will be open for you to explore around. While everything looks normal in the restaurant side, there are secret doors and mirrors that bring you to a funfair secret world, weird noises coming from behind the walls, absinthe to waken up your mind and some gypsy magic happening around.
We will have music and special shots and costumes
and much more! Come to celebrate with us that we are back!

They are the only group in China offering a unique repertoire of French songs. Their music is partly inspired by Gypsy Jazz. Using this swing style, Mademoiselle et son Orchestre re-inventsthe classic songs by Piaf, Brassens, Gainsbourg, and many other French composers. Their own tunes are spiced with humors and imaginative lyrics, which bring the audience into the surreal dream world of Mademoiselle.
