This New Year, thank you to the little help from our hutong city planning department, Modernista's flamboyant 20s-Gatsby-party-mansion is looking more speakeasy than ever. 

So dress up for a very glamorous, dancing on the tables, crazy bubbly flapper  deco party as anyone in town is quite so able to perfect.

To make it even better, we will have an all night long prosecco bar upstairs, serving a cool all you can drink from 7 to 9 PM, and a brand new and exciting band on stage! 

The Basement in the golden basement is all ready to play, and its very honorable international crew, from Brazil, Portugal, Ski Lanka, Singapore and Argentina, will make you dance like this rather harshy 2016 is really finally passing out!

Basement, a band whose members are in Beijing for the purpose of studying, united through serendipity and the love of music.

地室乐队,一支联合国乐队，由来京留学的乐手组成的乐队,通过偶然和对音乐的爱而联合起来。

Luiz Henrique (Guitar)

吉他手

Luiz Henrique, 26 years old, brazilian. Lives in Beijing since 2015. Playing the guitar since he was 8, he has played in many bands back in Brazil - playing a variety of genres, from Brazilian popular music, rock, blues, to hard rock.

路易斯, 26 岁, 巴西人,2015 年来京,从 8岁开始学习吉他。在巴西多个乐队有演出经历。

擅长多种风格, 从巴西流行、摇滚、布鲁斯到硬核摇滚。

Fred Olaio (Singer)

尤声 (主唱)

Fred Olaio, a 26 years old, Portuguese, came to Beijing in late 2016, and has been playing guitar and singing for almost 10 years. He has performed on various stages, from bars to outdoor stages, to busking in the streets, and has now come to find new stages in Beijing.

Fred Olaio,尤声,26 岁来自葡萄牙,于 16 年来京,有 10 余年的吉他弹唱经验。

他在众多舞台上演出,从室外舞台、街头演唱到酒吧。现在来京开辟舞台.

Ashvin (Drums)

阿熏(鼓手)

Ashvin Bhanu is a drummer and a percussionist from Sri Lanka. Started playing percussion when he was ten. At the age of thirteen he joined to his school's orchestra as a percussionist. He started playing drums when he was 17 and played in some events around Sri Lanka as a drummer with his band "Montreux". He also played for "Naadro" which is a percussion band in Sri Lanka for one and half year. After he moved to Beijing for his higher education studies, he joined "Basement" as there drummer.

阿熏(Ashvin),一个来自美丽的斯里兰卡的鼓手和打击乐手。自打 10 岁开始学习打击乐, 13 岁的时候作为打击乐手加入了学校里的乐团。17 岁开始学习架子鼓,随后便跟随他斯里兰卡的 “ ”乐队进行全卡的“Naadro”乐队担任了一年半的打击乐手。现在来京进行自己的学业, 遇见了 Basement, 现任为 Basement 的鼓手。

Victoria Thomas (Keyboard)

键盘手

Victoria, the keyboardist is a native from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Playing since she was 6, she has performed live around The Americas and Australia and has now come to China to spread her passion for music.

队里的键盘手, 来自阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯。从 6 岁开始弹奏键盘,有许多表演经历, 在美国、澳大利亚现在在中国进行现场表演,如今来中国传达她对音乐的热情

Zunyou (Bass)

贝斯手

Zunyou, from Singapore, started playing the bass simply because his friend needed a bassist, and has not looked back since. He looks Chinese because he is, but don’t let that fool you, he’s more like an Englishman in Beijing.

来自新加坡的 踏上音乐道路的原因对比其他乐人好像很简单:仅仅因为他的朋友乐队需要一 个贝司手。从此再也没停下过对音乐的追求。他看起来像是中国人因为他的外表,但是别被迷惑了, 因为中文还不太好,他在北京更像是个“老外”。
