Ginger is one of those intrinsecaly Asian things you give a death stare or you just learn to love. Beijingers at heart, and reminded of our history lessons back home, we couldnt help it but to have a thought for those who tried it in terror and surprise over a hundred years ago. The Boxers features our strong, all cure homemade ginger, lime and honey mixture, spiced up with rye whiskey and sweetened by a hint of deliciously smooth apricot brandy.
不谈辛辣的历史，鸡尾酒口感丰富，以黑麦威士忌作基调，加上自家以香姜，青柠檬和蜂蜜特调的甘露，与口感顺滑的杏子白兰地，辛辣而香滑，层次丰富而性烈。

花样年华
Modernista relates half to the Cafes of Picasso's late XIX Century Barcelona, and half to the dark guest houses of mid century Hong Kong. With a French touch, of course, and a passion for everything cosmopolite, we have honored master Wong in one of our most recent creations. In the Mood for Love mixes the spice of American bourbon with cherry jam, a touch of almond liquor, Colombian coffee beans and a splash of silky French chardonnay wine.
摩登尼斯塔以现代主义时代的西班牙背景为启蒙，不知不觉却与王家卫的电影碰上不少交集点，店里的装潢，复古的氛围，偶遇杜可风亲临现场，出于电影情怀，不得不研发这款以花样年华命名的鸡尾酒。上乘的美国波本威士忌，配以杏仁酒，樱桃果酱，哥伦比亚咖啡豆，法国莎当妮白葡萄酒，美味而浓烈。

We thought of Ascot as a remainder of the hot springty days of the races, so we made it as refreshing and crisp as possible, yet flavourful enough to be a meaningful combination all year long. Features Tanqueray dry gin, Green Chartreusse, thin sliced fresh cucumber you could fit in an afternoon tea sandwich and a touch of our fragant homemade lemongrass syrup.
炎热的赛马日，搭配的是一款清爽可口的鸡尾酒，添加利干型金酒，配法国查特绿香甜酒，自家特酿柠檬草糖浆，加上一片黄瓜作点缀，清爽。

When we first tried this cocktail, meaning we follow the original recipe that Hemingway wrote for it, we almost choked and thought: One, this guy was a drunk and a crazyman... and, two: people at that time really did not drink the same way we do now. While reviewing in amazement the drinking standards from the past, we decided that we couldnt pass on this, but that most clients would hate us if we would serve it as it was. So we tried adding some refreshing crushed iced and fresh pineapple to blend in the flavors of the dry bubbly and the absinthe, making the legendary tipple a bit more of the taste of today's palates and voila, here you get our revisited Death in the Afternoon!
第一次按海明威的配方造出死于下午，心里不禁想这可真是个疯狂的酒鬼......为了保留这杯现代人难以入口的鸡尾酒，我们在干口的起泡酒跟苦艾酒的基础上加入清新的鲜菠萝和碎冰，造就出这杯可口的死于下午。
LOLITA
一树梨花压海棠
Sweet, spiced, and unexpectedly strong, Lolita is looking innocent but needs to be handle well enough not to go up fast to your head. Made with a very classic and bodily French blend of XO Cognac and fresh pear, it hides also a hint of Caribbean All Spice Pimento Dram Liquor and our homemade Cinnamon syrup, plus some Tonic Bitters to balance the sweet mix.

Gimlets are a drink that has always intrigue us. So simple, yet so much controversy around it, referring to the use of one or another lime derivate: fresh lime, lime peels, artificially lime flavored stuff.... The fact is that you never know what you are going to get when you order one, and that's already a lot of fun. Dressed with that, we decided to go on our own exploration of the drink until we found a pretty complicated, yet also pretty satisfactory mix which has enough character to call it our own. Wanna try?
