Moonglow Burlesque presents their new spectacular, featuring several best acts of 2017 (some of which had never been performed at open events), as well as numerous new acts, all inspired by classic Hollywood films and songs.
"Hollywood Revue" is a five sets extravaganza, with a total of 1 hour show time! Each set will emerge you into a different movie scene, some of which you might recognize from the beloved classics of the 1930s till today.
月光之城将奉献上2018年最为经典的表演，包括一些从未演出的节目。此次，众多的表演将重现好莱坞经典电影歌舞场景。
“好莱坞回映”共5场总计一小时，每场都会带你进入不同的电影场景，包括20世纪30年代一些熟为人知的经典电影画面。
What's a "REVUE"? 什么是"REVUE"?
A "revue (from French 'magazine' or 'overview') is a type of multi-act theatrical entertainment , with vivid costumes, big group dance acts, and special highlight performances by the leading vedettes. A revue generally doesn't have a story-line, but one theme that combine all different acts that may vary in type and style. Revues enjoyed great success on Broadway and European cabaret venues from the 1910s till modern days. One of the most popular American revues was Ziegfeld Follies. With different artistic emphases, the revue genre is today above all upheld at traditional variety theaters such as Le Lido de Paris, Moulin Rouge and Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin as well as in shows in Las Vegas.

What's a "VEDETTE"? 什么是"VEDETTE"?
A vedette is the main female artist of a cabaret / revue show, often specializing in burlesque. Generally a vedette is a woman with physical presence, personality and charisma that captivates the public. In addition to their highlight act (usually solo), they would often appear in group dances, surrounded by starlets and showgirls. One of the most known burlesque vedettes today is Dita Von Teese.

Hollywood Revue is starring SIX amazing performers, each presenting their special act in one of the sets. Five of these ladies represent Moonglow Burlesque group based in Beijing, and the sixth performer is a special guest, a burlesque star from Paris, France!

Dazzling, graceful and seductive, Sucre d'Orge (“Candy Cane”) is a French burlesque dancer whose two classical acts evoke the charm of silent films actresses, the moves of Broadway dancers and the grace of Parisian elegance.
令人眼花缭乱，优雅而诱人的苏克雷德奥格（“Candy Cane”）是一位法国滑稽舞者，两支古典表演将重温百老汇舞者及巴黎优雅无声电影的魅力。
Cleopatra, the Queen of Egypt will enchant the audience once again with her seductive moves, but this time creating a whole movie scene with beautiful servant girls and pet leopards!

Her act "Affair in Trinidad", inspired by the music from this 1946 film with Rita Hayworth, was a smashing success, and she is bringing it back, dressed in all new color and sequins!

This young vedette will be starring in a set inspired by the 1976 film "Bugsy Malone" (set in the Prohibition time), with a new charming Charleston tease!

Returning to Beijing after two years of absence she reunites with Moonglow group with a new dazzling act, combining music of two Hollywood hits: "Diamonds are Forever" (1971 James Bond film), and "Sparkling Diamonds" ("Moulin Rouge!", 2001).

Once again, the director and producer of Moonglow Burlesque will take the stage with one of her signature acts - "Flower Fairy", inspired by silent movies of Georges Méliès and "Ziegfeld Follies of 1910.
